Job Summary:

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to lead end to end technical delivery for the GCP data platform ingestion transformations Big Query models ensuring outcomes meet agreed scope quality and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the onshore customer facing delivery lead managing day to day coordination technical discussions dependency management and proactive risk issue handling.
• Own solution design and technical governance across data ingestion transformation and Big Query data models ensuring scalability security and cost efficiency.
• Experienced in translating business requirements into Technical functional specifications and co ordinate the technical deliverables with onshore and offshore team.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies manage sprint execution remove impediments and ensure backlog readiness and predictable delivery cadence.
• Drive solution design and technical governance guide and mentor offshore onshore engineers enforcing engineering standards best practices and design consistency across the delivery.
• Work closely with DevOps and testing teams to ensure production readiness CI CD compliance data quality gates and smooth releases.
• Track and manage technical risks issues and dependencies proactively driving resolution to protect delivery commitments.
• Provide clear technical status reporting and delivery inputs to program and service leadership supporting predictable and transparent outcomes.
