Job Description

7-10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
Proven experience in Senior BA / Lead BA roles with hands-on delivery
Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise platform projects
Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with strong English communication skills
Strong CRM domain knowledge
Hands-on knowledge of Creatio CRM is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in KSA and comply with local employment regulations
COMPETENCIES

Qualifications

Lead and govern all business analysis activities across the project
Facilitate and manage discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions (Arabic & English)
Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and traceability
Act as the primary BA project lead and client-facing point of contact
Mentor and guide other Business Analysts assigned to the engagement
Ensure alignment between business objectives, value streams, and solution design
