Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic development team at one of the Top Insurance Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Agile practices and leading Scrum ceremonies to ensure the successful delivery of a redevelopment of existing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Plan and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach the Team: Mentor and guide the development team in Agile and Scrum practices to improve their efficiency and productivity.

• Remove Obstacles: Identify and address any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and ensure seamless workflow.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.

• Track Progress: Monitor the team's performance and progress, ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Fluency in both English and Japanese

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
