Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and supporting Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the team in tracking tasks, following up on progress, and ensuring alignment on sprint activities.
• Help identify team blockers and escalate them to the Scrum Master or relevant stakeholders.
• Support the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices within the team through learning and active participation.
• Assist in updating dashboards or tracking tools to monitor sprint progress and team performance.
• Work with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of tasks and priorities.

Key Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with collaboration or tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Agile practices and team facilitation techniques.
• Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
