Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong Utilities domain expertise to design, configure, and deliver SAP CRM solutions aligned with business and industry best practices. The role involves close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable SAP CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Utilities sales, service, and customer interaction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Fit-Gap analysis and functional workshops with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and solution designs aligned with SAP CRM Utilities best practices.
• Provide functional leadership and advisory support on SAP CRM architecture and solution design.
• Bridge functional and technical gaps by collaborating closely with ABAP and integration teams.
• Identify, design, and implement SAP CRM solutions that meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Produce and maintain high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Solution Design documentation.
• Support system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production issues.
• Act as a key point of contact for functional decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in SAP CRM within the Utilities domain.
• Experience working with at least one SAP IS-U module and CRM-IS-U integrations.
• Proven ability to conduct Fit-Gap analysis and lead stakeholder workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior business and IT leaders.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and distributed delivery models.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on solution quality and business outcomes.
