Description
Responsibilities :- Maintain the project portfolio framework to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, cost, and strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including progress, risks, and financial status.
- Oversee IT cost planning and tracking, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Track and reconcile project expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including performance evaluation, and compliance with agreements.
- Implement processes for capturing, evaluating, and managing business demand.
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business major
- Min. 5 years working experience in managing projects or portfolio in insurance company
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication. interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of project management governance frameworks to ensure compliance and control.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficient in data analysis & reporting using Microsoft Office
- Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in General Insurance
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible, proactive, and adaptable with a solutions-oriented mindset
