Job Summary

We are seeking a Palantir Architect who will play a lead role in designing and delivering Palantir-based solutions for clients' strategic initiatives, including workforce planning and future store rostering use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture on the Palantir platform
• Support discovery workshops and shape high-level solution approaches
• Design Palantir ontologies, pipelines, and application patterns
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Guide Palantir developers and engineers during implementation
• Support transition from discovery to scalable delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Palantir solutions
• Ability to work in business-facing and discovery-led engagements
• Experience in retail, workforce planning, or complex transformation programs (preferred)
