Overview

Gallagher is seeking an experienced ERP Program Level Project Manager specializing in Quality Assurance (User Acceptance Testing) to lead the testing efforts for a global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing user acceptance testing for enterprise systems, with expertise in Dynamics Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the testing of multiple integrations, oversee testing automation tools, and administer testing processes through Azure DevOps. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality systems that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence.

How you'll make an impact

• Project Management:

• Lead and manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts for the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and schedules for Dynamics Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules.

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple integrations to ensure seamless system functionality.

• Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the design, execution, and documentation of test cases, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Manage testing automation tools, specifically AccelQ, to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

• Administer testing workflows and reporting through Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and system integrators, to ensure testing objectives are met.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to resolve issues and ensure system readiness.

• Provide regular updates to leadership on testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Travel:

• Travel up to 25% to support testing efforts, collaborate with global teams, and ensure project alignment across regions.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, project management or similar fieds.
• 7 years of experience as a Program Level Project Manager specializing in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing for ERP systems.

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules.

• Strong knowledge of testing automation tools, specifically AccelQ.

• Proficiency in managing testing administration through Azure DevOps.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the testing of multiple integrations in a complex global environment.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with global systems implementation processes and challenges.

• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies related to ERP testing.

• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
