Data Analyst - Ray of Eden LLC (O’Fallon, MO) Conduct mrkt & advert data analysis to support e-commerce campaigns, product decisions, & biz strategy using statistical methods & analytics tools. Analyze software & product performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.  Monitor & analyze seller account activity & platform notifications to identify security risks, irregular patterns, or potential policy concerns, & support data-driven corrective actions w/platform partners. Develop & maintain dashboards, reports, & analytical tools using SQL, Python, Excel, and business intelligence platforms to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Collaborate w/ product mgrs, mrktg analysts, & external partners to define key metrics, validate data accuracy, & support campaign optimization. Research & evaluate analytics, reporting, & biz intelligence tools to enhance data capabilities and operational effectiveness. Provide analytical support to internal teams in utilizing reporting sys & resolving data-related issues. Optimize data pipelines, database queries, & reporting processes to improve data efficiency, accuracy, & scalability.
