The Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) team provides technology support for team member focused applications and processes, including payroll, benefits, learning and recruiting. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support Workday Engineering functions for our Compensation product team. This team supports configuration engineering, integration engineering, and Extend engineering on Workday. This engineer will work on critical US and global Compensation projects that deliver incremental changes to product working in an Agile environment.
In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Support the planning and sizing of development items for sprint planning
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Develop, configure, and maintain integrations for assigned product(s) in Workday
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or Workday)
2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
2+ years of technology release or implementation experience
1+ years of Workday development experience, including integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting
Desired Qualifications:
Workday or other HR systems Compensation experience
Experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools
Experience/Knowledge in Adaptive Workforce Planning, Modeling, Sheets, Reports and Dashboards
Knowledge of Adaptive security, permission sets, user groups, access rules
Experience in setting up integration between HCM and Adaptive, User sync and SSO
Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Ability to shift priorities as work-flow/volume dictates
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Wells Fargo software engineering experience
A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
Workday Extend development experience

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $110,000.00 - $179,000.00 Benefits
