About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong background in managing digital booking and post‑booking journeys, ideally within the travel, airline, or aviation domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI-driven use cases and a passion for building intelligent, customer‑centric digital experiences.
In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle across booking and post‑booking touchpoints, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, data‑driven journeys that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for digital booking and post‑booking experiences.
Define and deliver seamless customer journeys, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineering teams, and data scientists to design and deliver intuitive digital solutions.
Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and strategic roadmaps.
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
Partner with stakeholders to design and implement Agentic AI use cases that elevate customer experience.
Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and ROI post‑launch.
Support Agile delivery by participating in Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on digital platforms.
Proven experience working on AI‑driven or Agentic AI solutions.
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, preferably in travel, aviation, airline, or e‑commerce domains.
Hands‑on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
Ability to balance customer experience, business value, and technical feasibility.
Nice to Have
Prior experience with PO booking, post‑booking, or servicing journeys in airline or travel ecosystems.
Exposure to AI‑powered personalization, automation, or conversational experiences.
Experience working in large‑scale digital transformation programs.
