• Conduct research and development of wireless technologies for 5G/5G Advanced base station systems, with orientation toward 6G. 
•  Design, simulate, and optimize phased array antennas, dual-polarized antennas, and multi-band antennas for Massive/Ultra-Massive MIMO systems. 
•  Research and develop beamforming solutions (Analog, Hybrid, Digital), optimizing beam patterns, system performance, and capacity. 
•  Design and optimize RF components for base stations, including antennas, filters, couplers, circulators, power dividers/combiners, matching networks, and RF front-end modules. 
•  Perform electromagnetic simulations (HFSS, CST, ADS, etc.), and analyze S-parameters, radiation patterns, efficiency, and other relevant RF metrics. 
•  Participate in testing and performance evaluation in both lab and real-world environments; analyze results and propose design improvements. 
• Contribute to technical documentation, design standards development, and patent filing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Microelectronics / Telecommunications or related fields. Candidates with a Master’s or PhD degree are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and/or design of wireless technologies (Antenna, Filter, Beamformer, RF components, etc.).
• Experience in RF simulation, testing, and design optimization.
• Strong understanding of Massive MIMO, Beamforming, and 5G base station architecture.
