Cream Consulting is a Business & Technology consulting firm working with major clients in banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public sector, and transportation .
As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Product Owner to join an Agile team within one of our banking clients and help maximize product value while ensuring successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Your Mission
As a Product Owner , you will:
Maximize product value and ensure successful delivery within an Agile environment
Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment between business needs, technical teams, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate clear communication of goals, priorities, and expectations
Responsibilities
Plan and manage Sprints in collaboration with the Scrum Master
Define, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value and regulatory constraints
Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent and understandable for all stakeholders
Coordinate the team and keep the backlog structured and up-to-date
Write clear, actionable user stories
Optimize team performance and delivery
Collaborate closely with technical and business teams in a highly regulated banking environment
Profile
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering , or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in banking, financial services, or insurance
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in French or Dutch (good knowledge of the other language is an asset) and English
Experience working in a regulated environment is a strong plus
