Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CAE Program Manager to lead a strategic offshore development initiative in collaboration with a major Japanese manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment. You will act as the primary onsite liaison in Japan, coordinating with offshore CAE team in India. The role involves overseeing simulation and validation deliverables, leading technical discussions, and growing a newly established engineering team from 10 to 200 members over five years.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the offshore team and manage project deliverables according to schedule
• Enable effective communication for requirement gathering, simulation planning, and CAD data clarification
• Acknowledge incoming analysis requests and prioritize them based on urgency, complexity, and available resources
• Support resolution of CAD data issues, modeling guidelines, boundary conditions, and ensure adherence to simulation process documentation provided by the customer
• Facilitate meetings between the customer and the offshore team
• Discuss deliverables, analysis results, and countermeasure proposals with the customer's CAE and Design teams, and share feedback with the offshore team
• Present analysis results at customer product design review meetings and provide countermeasure recommendations to support product improvements

Job Description:

• Receive and organize analysis requests and prioritize them according to urgency and difficulty
• Support in resolving technical issues such as CAD data issues, modeling guidelines, boundary conditions, etc. and ensure compliance with simulation procedure manuals
• Facilitate meetings between customer and offshore team
• Discuss deliverables and countermeasures with customer CAE and design team and provide feedback to the offshore team
• Present analysis results at customer product design review meetings and propose technical countermeasures
• Eligibility for Registration

Must Requirements:

• Experience in CAE or CFD
• Familiarity with at least one CAE tool, such as ADVENTURE Cluster, SC/Flow, SC/Tetra, Hypermesh, or Ansys
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing engineering teams across multiple functions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Strong experience in the product development process of agricultural and farming equipment
• Proficiency in conducting structural (linear/non-linear), CFD, DEM, and MBD analysis for agricultural machinery
• Prior experience working in a Global/offshore engineering delivery environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Deep understanding and experience of the product development process for agricultural machinery
• Practical experience in structural analysis (linear/nonlinear), CFD, DEM, and MBD analysis for agricultural machinery
• Practical experience in a global or offshore development system
