We are seeking an experienced patent attorney, patent agent, technical advisor, or patent engineer for a highly flexible position focused on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Requirements
- Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and superior work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or computer science
- At least 1 year of experience with primary responsibility for preparing and prosecuting patent applications, preferably in the telecommunications and electrical arts including software, information technology, artificial intelligence, and/or machine learning
- Demonstrated experience drafting patent applications for software-implemented inventions, with the ability to proactively address § 101 patent eligibility issues
